What does a Cold Caller include?

  • Trained and experienced VAs.

  • Mock calls with them consistently to provide extra coaching and training, tips and tricks.

  • Develop RAPPORT and reach the 4 pillars.

  • Note-taking as this is incredibly important.

  • Detailed and thorough communication with clients.

  • Agent reports, live feedback, qualifying leads, coaching  and training included.

  • Script training provided.

  • Strive for 2-4+ leads daily in an 8-hour shift.

What is Account Management?

  • Control the dialer completely. Our goal is to have the clients be hands-off with the dialer so they can focus on closing deals.

  • Upload and remove lists.

  • Manage the caller ID numbers as they get flagged per 150 dials, this helps keep the contact rate up and helps generate more leads.

  • Change campaigns during the shift, watch the lists health and be proactive to keep fresh data in the system.

  • Tracking VAs, monitoring live calls, listening to conversations and coaching.

  • Tracking KPI's.

  • Communication with clients to keep the accounts producing leads and having success.

  • Setting up CRM, and dialer advice.

What is the cost for a caller?

$9/hr for an agent, lower rate for multiple agents.

$16/hr for a Lead Manager.

Is there a minimum number of hours I need for my caller?

Minimum 8hrs/day.

What is my callers schedule?

The schedule depends on what the client wants. However, we do suggest certain times we notice the contact rate is higher and will advise accordingly. This can be discussed in our initial consultation and times can be adjusted. 

Do you provide the lists and skip tracing?

No, lists and skip tracing need to be provided by the client. When we meet, I can discuss various markets, lists etc. that may benefit you.
